Oak Doors Ledge Kits Character Unsealed
The Traditional Internal Plank Cottage Style of Solid Oak Ledge and Brace doors or just braced are made from a rustic grade oak, which shows off all the oak character i.e. knotting and colour. All knots can be filled by the customer if required. This door is supplied in kit form so you can make them to suit any shaped door standard width sizes 2’6’’and 2’9’’. The door will need to be sealed on completion we recommend using the Granwax Sealers Wax Oil or the Osmo Wax Oil Natural Wood range which helps to protect the doors from moisture and every day wear and tear.All boards are seasoned and kiln dried to a specification of 8 - 12% moisture content to minimize movement.
