We hope that you will be pleased with the wood products that you have bought from FloorDealer. If you wish to return any goods to us, it must be returned to us in re-saleable condition. If you require FloorDealer to arrange the collection of any wood products to be returned, the cost of haulage will also be deducted from the total refund (these costs can all be agreed before deciding if you want to return your Wood Products).
